BAND BIOGRAPHY

Southern Lights is a 6-piece alternative rock band from the south, mostly from Las Piñas and Cavite, consisting of singer/songwriter Michelle Dimen, guitarists Patrick Guevarra, Howard Hormillosa, and Charles Narcelles, bassist Richard Guevarra and drummer Justin Guevarra.

SL started performing at local gigs around Metro Manila early in February 2013 but considered officially forming the band in November 2014 when the Guevarra brothers joined. The relationship of each member is tight-knit and goes way back as early as 2006.

The band has been working with the YR Music family since its roots and is currently set on releasing the upcoming studio record 'Crossroads' under YR Music. Stay tuned!
